Ikeda Sangyo conducts total production of parts that can only be realized by a trading company. We respond to customer requests by raising the required values of each product's <quality, cost, and delivery time>, while making appropriate selections that leverage the characteristics of each manufacturer. We have numerous companies not only in Japan but also in South Korea, Taiwan, and China, allowing us to connect to your VA/VE needs. Additionally, we conduct pre-shipment inspections at overseas and domestic factories, as well as inspections at our headquarters, providing products that satisfy our customers, even for a wide variety of small lots. Parts that are being machined and assembled may have the potential for cost reduction. By integrating shapes made up of numerous parts, we aim to achieve cost reduction. It is also possible to reduce weight and costs by eliminating joint areas that were necessary for assembly. 【Shape】 Complex shapes and those with three-dimensional curved surfaces can be mass-produced at low cost. 【Material】 You can freely choose from special steel, stainless steel, copper alloys, and aluminum alloys. Additionally, material changes can be made using the same mold, making it easier to compare and evaluate during the prototype stage. 【Strength】 Since adjacent parts and attached components can be integrated and cast, we can eliminate weak points caused by assembly and welding. For movable parts, weight reduction can eliminate unnecessary inertial forces, increasing durability. Thus, strength can be freely pursued from both shape and material perspectives. 【Casting Surface】 There may be slight differences depending on the casting material, but small parts are around 12S, and large parts are around 20S. 【Precision】 Compared to other casting methods, the precision is high, allowing for a reduction in the number of machining processes. Since our founding, we have continued to respond to customer inquiries for production, with over 35,000 types of achievements ranging from simple to complex items. In response to various material requests, we have started handling over 70 types of steel, including stainless steel, copper, and aluminum. Of course, we also accommodate special steels and ultra-high-strength aluminum materials (optimizing original casting for A7075). 【Cost Reduction Examples】 The thumbnail shows a cost reduction case achieved through shape modification and integration by switching to lost wax casting. In conventional products, we manufactured through multiple processes including laser cutting, bending, machining, and welding, but we proposed integration using the lost wax method. This eliminates the hassle of managing processes, reduces machining, and enhances strength. By checking the contact surface with the object and making that part convex, we reduced the dimensional management range, making quality control easier.
